Definetely does look canon tho, seeing as how it ties perfectly with where fishman island ended off on. As well as where punk hazard starts, on top of that they even mention their run in with panz fry in the punk hazard introduction episode. So it’s safe to say that it is in fact canon since everything matches up perfectly🤷🏽‍♂️

​@@YoHoeKraveMoThat's... not how fillers works The movie and its events are fillers Aka not part of the canon story, nor the manga The anime mentioning Panz Fry in the Punk Hazard introduction is the Anime's way of transitioning back into canon Movies are often overseen by Oda, especially the most recent ones but at best the characters and their backstory are canon, but not the events in the present time during the movie. The movies he works on are also almost always thematically related to the current arc we're in, in the canon story.

@@sanji_joestar sounds about right ngl, tho id still prefer to get a “confirmed by oda” type of proof than this. We can go on about what’s filler and what isn’t but until it’s confirmed by oda then I’d still keep some doors open to possibility, u get what I mean🙏🏽

​@@YoHoeKraveMo i mean sure It just isn't canon tho😂 Oda could bring back Z in the manga and then make him canon But until then his character isn't either The most recent Sbs addresses that issue too, Oda mentions how Shiki wasn't supposed to have flying abilities but since it was a movie he greenlit that as it wasn't canon. Now that he portrays Shiki back in the story, he explains how it's a backward integration of his ability in strong world that is now inserted in the manga.

Same, that one scene where Zoro no-diffs the girl with the pistols lives in my head rent free.

It sounds like people specifically asked her to watch this arc, so I'm guessing she still plans on skipping most filler. But if she wants to watch more, that's fine too. I believe she follows a filler guide now, so I think she knows which episodes are filler.

She's allowed to watch whatever she wants. 🙂
