@@Fiufsciak It’s a participle that commonly denotes assertion in Japanese. Like putting an emphasis on the end of a sentence that indicates more is to be said in relation to whatever was mentioned. This is something Korone does a ton. It could also be seen as a very loose ellipsis... which then makes you expect that something more has to be said .

​@@Fiufsciak it's a way to show that you want to talk about something specific, but can also signal that you're careful/uncertain about that topic. It's often used when you want to address a topic but think that the other person might not want to talk about it, or when you're telling an anecdote. It can be used like "hey" in "Hey, do you remember that time we..." (you will often hear "ano sa" at the beginning of such sentences). But it can also be used in the same way as some English speakers start using "like" a lot when they tell an anecdote: "You know how, like, that one guy we met, like, three years ago was, like, seeing that red haired girl...". In this clip it is translated as "like" at 1:15. You can usually tell when someone like Flare is telling a story/anecdote, because they start using "-sa" at the end of basically every sentence. Lui here uses it in a particular hesitant way, but with Flare it's usually more of a "hey this is the thing I want to talk about!", and with Korone more of a "let me ease you into this topic... ".

@@Mari-Schimmer To be precise, Management set up a new world that's meant to have EN, JP, and ID all playing and building on it at the same time instead of each branch having a separate world linked by portals. The new world's linked to the three older worlds (plus the one empty one used for farming mats) though. My guess is that they're trying to recapture the RUST magic, but have it in Minecraft instead.

Japanese culture kind of plays against them here. In general a Japanese person will never say no directly but say it via a roundabout way. So there is also some responsibility put on the person asking to anticipate the answer and prevent discomfort on the other party of having to say no in an indirect way.
