If you get the Ultra Instinct Kakarot D.L.C for Dragon Ball Fighter Z, you can understand most of the moves without watching the Japanese Animation: Dragon Ball Super. And remember Ultra Instinct Goku in Rivals Of Aether? That was based off of Dragon Ball Fighter Z, which is why that Kakarot has a Sparking.

It’s surprising that this character doesn’t seem as broken as a character named “Ultra Instinct Luigi” should be. You’d think he’d be on par with Golden Ronald, but he’s surprisingly honest.

Fun fact: ultra instinct luigi was based off of a smash ultimate mod that replaces Luigi's sprites and turns him into a gigachad who has way too many spikes

@Linklight too, If u can see this, search up "DBFZ UI Goku Full moveset", like 80% of his attacks is used in the UI Luigi Btw, he is my favorite character in Rivals yet P.S / First thing: the victory screen is the same DBFZ's UI Goku (It have only 2 differences, the "Hand" is not the SAME and the Voice lol) Second thing: Neutral B is a DBFZ reference too, its the same attack as SSJ4 Gogeta's special

Yeah, but actually Mr. L is quite well known by Nintendo fans, even those who have not played Super Paper Mario know him. Mr L has also been present in Brawl mods like Project M, that in some way increased his popularity I think.
