There's nothing wrong with Ortiz's chin. He just leaves his chin up in the air when he attacks just like Manny. Your chin simply isn't designed to be able to take a flush big hook from a professional fighter. People like Floyd also get hit sometimes but only on the shoulders & forehead. You never see Floyd get hit on his jaw wide open. The difference is the art of defence, not how good your chin is..
@80GP40010 жыл бұрын
I think Mosly Hit Floyd pretty flush on the chin and buckled his legs, That was the hardest I every seen Floyd get hit but he sucked it up and still won.
@bigboydownstairs965110 жыл бұрын
radsky danc Yep that was a huge clean shot. That was the first & last time I saw Floyd get caught like that.
@achiepalaago10 жыл бұрын
radsky danc mosley hit Floyd really hard but it wasn't a counter shot. Floyd wasn't attacking when he got hit by mosley and because of that he was well balanced and somewhat prepared to absorb that punch unlike when you're hit while in the motion of punching yourself. Because your effort and power is all being used in the punch you're trying to deliver, you're completely off balance and any clean counter punch will be devastating.
@dancurrie198710 жыл бұрын
dinnynosher Mayweather Pacquiao will never happen whilst Manny is on Arum's books. If you did away with Top Rank I think the fight would have been made by now, Floyd doesn't want Bob Arum earning a cent and that's the bottom line. JOSUE CANTU Funny how idiots will put all the blame on Floyd. I guess you guys don't remember Pac refusing OSDT. Or Pacs supposed fear of needles even though he has tattoos? Or Arum calling Mayweather out for May 5th because he knew he was going to jail yet when May gets his sentence pushed back Arum says Pacquiao needs time for a cut to heal and they would need to build a temporary stadium. These are all facts look them up. Pacquiao refuses 40 million (career high payday) then offers to fight for free? Ya makes a lot of sense. Pacquiao mentions Mayweather exactly around the time he has a fight already set up. It's seriously like clock work. Hes done it for his last 5-6 fights.
@ThaDreamMerchant10 жыл бұрын
***** These are facts. Pactards don't care about facts; only what the media tells them, i.e. Pacquiao is the best boxer of the past decade (despite his catchweight titles), and Mayweather is scared because he wants to ensure Manny is clean when the fight takes place. It's not like Mayweather is making just Manny do it and he doesn't do it himself, both of them would be doing the OSDT. Bob Arum calls all of Manny's shots, so if Manny does resign to top rank for another year, it's either one of two things: either Pacquiao is truly ducking Floyd & not the other way around, or Manny is clueless to Arum pulling his strings.

I something is a little off with Victor Ortiz. When you come back from a long lay off and something to prove your usually suppose to work hard prove your critics wrong. Instead Ortiz did exactly what the critics accuse him of doing lol. They say hes a dirty fighter and that he head butts. 30 secs into the first round he blatantly head butts Collazo in yhe first clinch. They accuse him of being a quitter and guess what he quits lol. This guy didn't go out on his shield. Yes it was a good shot, but Ortiz wasn't off his rocker. He didn't even attempt to stand. If he stood up and was completely wobbly I would understand. If he go rocked and went down hard with his eyes glanced over I would understand. Hell if he went 12 rounds and lost it would be coo. None of that happened. He blatantly fouled (again) and quit. Ortiz better not come back, unless he going to fight as an undercard for Friday night fights on espn.

Victor Ortiz is an honest, simple fighter. He is good at fighting with his emotions and pits all his anger and fear into his punches. He is not good at using, detecting, or adapting to deceit and deception. What he sees is what he gets and he doesn't have the type of mind that can quickly retain information or formalize a strategy under immense pressure. Unfortunately, this makes him one dimensional and very easy to manipulate by crafty, cold-blooded snakes (Mayweather, Collazo) and awkward punchers (Maidana). I am not saying he is stupid or a failure at all; he just doesn't like to change.

Adrian Broner is the worst thing to happen to boxing in my opinion. He has a huge ego, even though he hasn't earned it and the way he acted against Maidana, humping him, then rolling around on the canvas like a little bitch. What kind of heart is that? When he lost he even ran out of the stadium. I can't wait for Broner Maidana II. That chumps days are numbered.

@forwhomthebelltrollz10 жыл бұрын
Oritz is done, that much is clear to me now. But Broner has no heart, unless you consider rolling around on the floor whinging, heart. He proved to me he wasn't the man people thought he was and of course he's fighting for the Welterweight title again, he had a rematch clause in his contract. But Maidana handled him so decisively their first time and he will again in April.
@theshredder65010 жыл бұрын
Bleadze King I think that Broner was plenty delusional before the fight with Maidana. Thinking that he was Floyd Mayweather, thinking that he could consontrate more on being a shitty rapper than a boxer. I will agree that Broner did get up. But other than that, he is still a clown. I hope that his loss has affected him for the better. Ortiz's losses have affected him for the worse.
