Luke Frazier is a maestro of his own non-profit orchestra: the American Pops Orchestra! As a creative director of his and his partner’s video production company Nouveau, in recent years, their production company and orchestra have partnered with PBS to create original specials featuring a slew of stars and talents, from reviving the Wicked songbook to a celebration on the lawn at Mount Vernon. He credits the public school teachers and his West Virginia upbringing for not just his musical education, but his resiliency.
