Viola James both of them to take care of the baby and each other, and not one doing all the work while the other is a lazy piece of crap who would rather mentally abuse their wife and go fishing, and basically ANYTHING that doesn't involve him doing anything other than getting the dirty deed done with said mentally abused wife....

Luke is soo adorable. Btw, you guys are lucky feeding is every 3 hours. Both my sons had to be fed every 2 hours 😧. You'll see how time flies. Days are long but years go fast. You'll see how that contradiction becomes true 😆😊.

Luke is so tiny and so cute. I got piping bags and tips, a creme brûlée torch, a spiralizer, various size sifters, 2 huge vegetarian cookbooks, a book of Norse myths, a book of Greek myths, a container of chocolate covered espresso beans, some healthy snacks, a nice winter coat, a pair of winter boots, some shirts, a day out with my aunt to a culinary store she got me a gift card for and lunch, an electric razor, and a VR visor

When my daughter was born early, I spent the next 3 months feeding here every 3 hours. It was hard, but you never give it a second thought. Lots of love to you, Beth, and Luke!

First Christmas as a parent for me too! It was amazing to see all of my family members shifting roles and welcoming the new generation! Luke is so lucky to have such a big loving family too!

Christmas as a parent is SO AWESOME! Watching your kids open presents and get excited over what they find is so much more fun and fulfilling than open your own presents. I literally forgot I even had presents this Christmas, my husband had to remind me to open them because I was so enthralled with my son opening all of his. The first Christmas isn’t that exciting, especially when they’re as young as Luke, but next year he’ll be so much more aware of everything and it’ll be a whole new experience for you. It’s so great!

Best gift I got are Bluetooth connected, electric powered, heated insoles that I can control from an app on my phone. They are amazing, I’ve worn them about 10 times since Christmas and they’ve saved my life!

Doing so well J, killing the game, still keeping up the hard work with baby Luke at home! Your baby talk is already on point! I DECLARE YOU MUST DEVOUR THOSE TIM TAMS!!! Also you don’t follow up a cute clip of you three guys in an elevator with an even more cute clip of Luke just... making gurgling noises... the whiplash of cuteness will kill me! Not a mother myself but I do have a sister 10 years younger than me and I can relate hardcore to that “in one end and out the other” situation XD Noice jammies! With each article of clothing he puts on, J is looking younger and younger! And the Christmas gift I got that I have used most often has to be my new backpack...

My favorite gift I got was a Dragon Onesie from my brother, but the gift I've used every day is this cell phone pop up stand that sticks to my case. It's the best! Love the Werewolf kettle bell! I noticed it in the last Nuzlocke sitting behind you and was like "what on earth?" Love these videos!!

My boyfriends mom got me a onesie that looks like the little mermaid and I love that thing! My boyfriend also got me this awesome dance stretcher that I use everyday now!! Merry Christmas to all the Carlins and happy 1st Christmas Luke!!

That stroller is wonderful. It actually folds the way it says it will. Stay strong with all the late night feedings. It's cliche to say it, but the small, snuggly phase will pass sooner than you think, so soak it up while you can. The short-term memory loss doesn't really leave, though. XD

Awe... Congratulations on your first Christmas with a kiddo! The memory thing is true even when you have older children. I have to write EVERYTHING down or it will never get done/happen. My most useful thing/thing I use still after Christmas are earbuds. My mother-in-love gave me a nice pair and 3 off brand pairs (those ones work great to loan out to my kids.)

It's so awesome to watch you guys go through new parenthood. I know I've been getting so much anxiety over the looming due date for our baby bump. But Watching your vlogs calms that down a bit. We didn't do a lot for Christmas, since things have been tight so everyone got like three presents and thats it. lol. But I got the Zelda Clue, and 3DS Story of seasons trio of towns, and a "mom sweater" which is basically just a knitted comfy sweater that I wear like all the time now lol.

The only game I have right now is Mario Odyssey, which I beat in a week. So I’m on my second play through until I can save up for another game 😁

My favorite gift was tickets to see Wicked in Chicago three days after Christmas. That was the best gift I could have asked for. A gift I use everyday though, is a harry potter fleece blanket on my bed.

This brings back so many memories of the first couple of weeks after my son was born. You guys seem to have it a lot more together than we did, haha. There was no “day” or “night” that first week, just an hour of sleep here and there, an hour and a half if I was super lucky (he was 100% breastfed and wanted to nurse ever 1-2 hours... for months). And the pooping... my son pooped almost every time he ate, sometimes literally after two or three sucks, out it came. Get used to poop being a large part of your day because that’ll go on for awhile!
