There's a 50/50 chance that these kinds of Roblox games are either the most unplayable, garbage pay to win trash you'll ever see or the best and/or most faithful adaptation with insane amounts of upkeep and work, usually by a one man dev team.

Best part is King Diabolos was actually double-cheating since Lair only lets you tribute opponent's monsters to activate effects, not Tribute Summon a monster that specifically states it cannot be special summoned

So dimension duel X has been my favorite way to play Yugioh for years. Do to is unique shadow duel game mode and map that rewards you with unique customization through its hundreds of secrets. It truely feels like the closest thing to a Yugioh MMO and thats basically my dream game. So thanks for playing this and showing it to more people!

i play ddx pretty often and i gotta say its pretty peak. there's shadow duels with custom artifacts (millennium items + more) that send you to the shadow realm if you lose, you can go to the backrooms and play a horror game against a shadow ghoul, plus there's tons of neat arenas to duel (the arena from GX, a volcano, an ancient japanese mountain village, and more). oh yeah and theres TURBO DUELS. best yugioh simulator do not @ me

Do you actually have to race and dodge obstacles while trying to duel, or is it just being on the bikes, moving back and forth depending on speed counters, and playing with speed spells?

@@KuroeNezumi theres an auto-drive feature that sticks your runner on a set path but you can turn it off and on mid-duel in case you wanna just play mario kart

@@TEXfrowg go to beach and talk to the guy in the boat, he'll give you an item called a Piece of One (one piece reference the npc is gol d roger). after that, go to academy and enter the left door and there's a door to the backrooms at the back of the gym

This is honestly the best format in yugioh, their custom banlist is WAY better than the tcg, I literally used to attend locals here to playtest because they unbanned the Rulers,Ptolemaeus,Kirin, Plushfire and some other cards way before the OCG or the TCG did(spoiler alert: they do nothing to the format), plus the rush duel option is so good,and the cosmetics are out of this world.

We do, it's called Yu-Gi-Oh Modern Academia. If you guys want to see jank, I recommend playing it. Just...keep your expectations in check, that particular game hasn't been updated since 2020 (but we do have some funny jank there)

ddx is so neat. I like fighting people who just either have no idea what they’re doing or just rp-ing with HERO or whatnot, and some people on public servers are cool. I spend more time customizing my disks and mat/sleeves more than I actually duel due to how good the customization for my brain. it’s great to see some people recognize it as a good yugioh sim :D only thing good on roblox ngl

DDX is great because not only is it a great place to duel, with a unique (and good) banlist while staying relatively up to date on new cards, it’s also just a cool place to explore. It currently has 5 main locations, each with its own quests, cosmetics, and collectibles. Then on top of all THAT, there’s the game modes you can play besides standard, like Shadow, Turbo, Tag, or even alternate formats like Speed and Rush, which are also kept up to date. The only “complaint” I’d ever give with DDX is the level of incompetence some players have, but they’re usually just 7 year olds on blue-eyes, so in terms of the game itself, DDX is peak Yugioh. Honestly I hope you return to this in the future to truly experience everything because you haven’t even scratched the surface of stuff and it’s already great. 👍

6:46 The game was released in August of 2019, and got its last update around 1 year later in August of 2020. And somehow, it still has an active community.

I learnt to play yugioh,slowley and not at all effeiciently, through the original dimension duel and i also absolutley love this game. I dont often duel unkess im with friends but i like seeing all the jank decks you find here. Love all the different duel modes like shadow duels and turbo duels. Also fishing and finding secret alt arts and artifacts are great fun too. Happy to see the game cothered finaly.

Funny thing is, this used to be my only way to play the game. I was in 5th grade during Covid and did everything on an iPad, and all the other simulators didn’t work properly on my iPad, so I would go on Roblox and duel my friends when I should’ve been in my zoom classes 😋

Dmvr otherwise known as duel monsters vr is a free to play yugioh experience. It's to my understanding you dont need a vr setup you can just play on mouse and keyboard. Id recommend inviting a friend to play cause i feel like most duelists are only there to RP or to duel their own friends so chances are you wont find an oponent unless you luck out.
