Had mine for over 6 months. Bought it to film my son’s various sporting events. Absolutely love it! Recording outside at over 90 degrees on multiple occasions and it never missed a beat! Great video!

Lumix S5ii user here. That camera has changed my life. I love everything about the camera. I've been able to meet so many different people & grow so much as a content creator all because of that camera

I liked this different style of review. I’m going to be switching to this camera from the Sony APSC system. One thing I won’t miss is all the batteries I have to carry around. You used one battery for about a whole day; That is phenomenal!

I came from Canon now 3 - S5 II & 1 - S5 II later 😂 Shooting some pretty high end Weddings. I Love the ecosystem and you said it best - makes life easy.

Nice video! The S5, S5ii & S5iix are some secret weapons for sure. Well I guess not quite as secret anymore these day, LOL! But on your thoughts about the lenses, if you ever get the opportunity to upgrade to the premium S Pro lenses (50mm f1.4 / 70-200 f2.8 & 24-70 f2.8) you definitely should. Build quality AND image quality are top tier. You've definitely gotta be able to 'pay to play' though. But I'm sure you know how that goes. 🙂 Keep up the great content!

Love the bts!! My heart dropped at the lens drop

Great video! I looked at the S5II while searching for my Sony a6700. I know the feeling of dropping a lens, having flashbacks thinking about it. At the beginning I knew I recognized that tunnel. I used to work in the Hampton Roads area but moved back south a few years ago.

Great video, I have 2-Panasonic s1 and now added the Panasonic S5 IIx and I just love them. More bang for your buck.

Thanks for sharing your experience. great bts. I hear a lot of great things about the S series cameras. I have a question though/ If you owned a Lumix G7 and were looking to upgrade to something for more professional use what would you pick between the Canon R8, Lumix s5, or GH5 /GH6, and why? Mostly for weddings and partly for music videos?

Great content. I had to choose between the limix s5ii and canon r6ii, ended up wtih the canon. I am already in the their system with the lenses. I was such a hard decision b/c i shot with a gh5 before so i know the brand well. Great camera though!

FYI your voice over audio is only in the left channel
