The BMPCC4K is incredible! I was recently introduced properly to it when our Director brought his along to shoot our new comedy short film! The footage looks so nice, and it was only shot in 2.7k as he was concerned about memory for our shoot days (turns out he didn’t need to be), but it didn’t even matter! Mind blown and I am now an avid Black Magic camera system supporter! I just got mine the other day and to be honest.. youtube can be the greatest false inception EVER especially those who FOLLOW vs lead on their own thoughts. i live that big ol bulk brick!. I love the m42 look and feel. I don't care about battery life because IT'S A CINE CAM, you will need massive power to run any camera. I got massive batteries to handle my film days with it. I don't have issues with the screen(why you pointin the mf screen at the sun?) lol It's "heavy" because it's a cine cam with more parts in it, get over it the way i see it. Love EVERYTHING about this bad boy. Choice this over the 6k even when I'm doing film. 6k is overkill unless netflix call and say something... 4k is plenty for great real tv quality 4k films like today.

There are way too many reasons to love bmpcc 4k...I know people point out tons of mistakes and honestly even high end cameras got flaws...I still use this camera and it's a beast as a budget cinema camera

I sold my hero 12 also and switched to DJI Action 4 with the wireless mic 2 and I absolutely love it. Something hits different with this camera. The GoPro was constantly overheating in the battery would swell. I couldn’t get it out of the camera. Now I can literally film for hours with without losing any footage when the GoPro 13 comes out I’ll check it out to see if they’ve made any improvements until then I’m sticking to DJI.

@@delrayguy399 oh wow I’ve never experienced issues with the battery swelling or overheating yet but that is crazy! I really love GoPro’s image quality but this Action 4 is quite fascinating. Happy to have it! Wonder how the GoPro 13 will do and thanks for watching!

Action 4 Pocket 3 RS3 Mini Mini 4 Pro To go along with my Weddings/Events Cameras… 😅 I would say it’s a superb Camera. I only shoot D-Log with it to color match my Cameras but I’m sure you will enjoy it for Everyday Carry.

Fantastic footage. How would you say it compares to your new Lumix S5II? Do you find it easier to achieve a nice "cinematic" image with the bmpcc4k over the lumix? thanks :)

If you need 4K video and a big zoom the Sony, but if that doesn’t matter personally I’d go with the G7X Mark II. Both great cameras

@@jessicashaun oh the reason I added the hx99 is because of the zoom. I saw the g7x mark iii at Best Buy and loved but but then heard about the hx99 and did some research and what I loved about this is the zoom range and how it blurred out background on stuff like wildlife photography so it’s a hard choice.

Ayooo DJI appreciation squad rise up 🔥🔥🔥 Appreciate the vid - great footage from the OP3 and the Mini 4 Pro. That macro lens has great potential. I feel like the 120fps slow-mo mode would pair well with it to get smooth shots. I feel like we're getting closer and closer to the day when we'll be able to record full weddings on DJI equipment without the need for mirrorless cameras or DSLRs. You can even get pretty usable footage on the DJI Action 4 these days

Thanks for sharing your experience. great bts. I hear a lot of great things about the S series cameras. I have a question though/ If you owned a Lumix G7 and were looking to upgrade to something for more professional use what would you pick between the Canon R8, Lumix s5, or GH5 /GH6, and why? Mostly for weddings and partly for music videos?

Thank you so much for watching! Thats a tough question. The GH6 is a great camera. The footage on it looks really good but of course, the auto focus isn’t the greatest. I would either go with the S5 or R8 just because they are newer cameras and autofocus a bit better but that’s just my personal opinion. The GH5 and 6 are still great choices.

Fantastic footage. BMPCC4K ist wonderful. I only use this Camera with Meike Lenses. Sometimes I use the Olympus 40-150mm. Work fantastic on BMPCC4K. Wich Lense do you use in this footage?

Thank you! I have been eyeing Meike lenses, the footage I’ve seen looks good with them. I used a Canon EF 70-200 L lens here with a Viltrox adapter.
