I had stage 1 lung cancer surgery 9/22/21. I’m post op less than a week. I’m doing ok…much better than I thought I would. Surgery was at a very large hospital in FL. I will up date as needed

After one week, how were you doing? Were you able to walk around and make food or at least eat on your own?

The worst is behind me, I am almost 4 months post-op.

@Jose Cuervo well I thought the worst was behind me. Actually I had another surgery on June2, my body rejected the sutures used to close the incision where the Chedt tube was so cells created a tumor. Where I live we were in the "Red" zone for COVID19 and many Doctors were only doing appointments by phone but after I described the area my Surgeon wanted to see me so I went and he operated less than a week later to remove it. My CT Scan showed tissue where the Lung Cancer was so I am having another CT Scan this month to see if there is growth, I may need a 3rd operation. Thanks for asking.

@@supermansamuel I am doing better, the Cancer has not returned and the Doctors are keeping me on a tight schedule for Xrays and CT Scans.

Hello my father is recommended TO have Lung surgery but he is a diabetic patient So we are very scared for the outcomes can someone tell us its detail wether it Will BE ok or not
