Everything I have learned about Lupus is from your information 💕🙏 I thought all my pain was due to Fibromyalgia and now I know what the Lupus is doing. They are so similar ‼️😕 Knowledge is power. My flare ups are severe and often now that I'm older. Does that make sense ⁉️ Thank you all for your work and help.

Very up to date information thank you I definitely learned more about the all the medications. Even though I have (TLE ) it can be very painful and itchy I work closely with my Rheumatologist to keep me healthy, I know my type of Lupus is extremely rarely. There’s still not very medications out there to help with the itchy, burning, flaky skin , soars, rashes, and hives that appear out of a sudden… Also I just wish that the Medical board would consider Lupus a disability, because it is a life threatening illness it’s no joke.

Does Lupus get worse with age ⁉️ I also have the worst case of Fibromyalgia y the world. (Can be documented) The double whammy ‼️ Half my life has been with Fibromyalgia 37 years. Diagnosed Lupus 2009. I'm seeing a new Rheumatologists at U of Michigan and I heard he's very good. Starting a Fibro support group and eventually add Lupus. I have to learn more. I live in Northeast Michigan and there are no Rheumatologists. Hard to believe. U of Michigan is 3 hours away.

I'm very upset. I've had Lupus for years and Fibromyalgia. I've been going to U of Michigan for my Rheumatologist. I'm 75 and bedridden half my life due to the worse case of Fibromyalgia the world. Can be documented. When my doctor left I was assigned to Ryan Jeffrey Barrington Massay MBBS. I am alone and bedridden and 75. I haven't seen him. Because I was unable to remember apparently my 2002 eye exam, which I was unaware of, now he won't give me my plaquenal prescription. My eyes have been good every year. I have eye appointment on July 5 and had an appointment with Rheumatology just before that. I got a call today with a man yelling at me and I couldn't understand a word. It was Dr. Massay and I was not allowed to speak. He hung up on me. I've been to some of the best physicians and have never been treated like this. Elder abuse and punishment by doctor with stopping my Lupus prescription. I've been in as much pain as last stage cancer patients for 38 years due to Fibromyalgia. Then found out I have Lupus. It will be unbearable without my plaquenal prescription. My last one is tomorrow morning. I won't have my night dose. It will be terrible. Do you have any suggestions. Northeast Michigan and UM is 3 hours away. We need Rheumatologists up here. There are none in all of Northern Michigan. Thank you 💕🙏 💖
