2 жыл бұрынProbably one of my favourite sessions yet. Lure fishing for Perch around the stunning Lake Windermere. Windermere is a great place to fish and one of the most accessible in the Lake District. Like any Lake District fishing, it can be tough, but once you find your marks and locations, you can have some of the best sport in the country.
Windermere is stuffed with Perch and there are plenty of spots to give ago too lure fishing. Plenty of action in this video has we hit up the tributaries running into the lake and also fish the lake itself.

Nice day out! Belting perch, that landing stage is getting some stick! I'm told the brathay and rothay gets a run of large lake trout around now, when there's water! 😊

love the video, ,I am going to Windermere in June , not fished for over 30 years, the first perch you caught near the bridge , could you tell me where it is please , the bridge that is not the fish

Great video - what's you opinions on the Fish Rig 180? Been looking at picking one up for canals and rivers - micro jigging for perch! Keep up the content, you've gained a sub from me

Cheers Mike 🙏 it’s by far my favourite rod, mainly because it’s so versatile. Don’t be fooled it can handle decent fish as well as the wasps in the canal 😂 genuinely cracking bit of gear and well worth it especially for the price 🙌

@@japanesefishingadventures Just watched the Brown Trout video....absolute monster! Can you pair the rod up with a baitcasting reel, or do they only recommend fixed spools? Understand if you're not 100% sure.

Fixed spool pal, but saying that I’m not the man to ask - a stubborn resentment to baitcasters that won’t budge! Look for the structure and the jetties! Tough in the winter and early spring mind! If you can head to where boats are moored you can normally hit a couple of pike!!

There are a few jetties and things pal yes :D south basin is always a safe bet but in the summer just crack on the perch come into the shallows and you can find them anywhere! Some jetties are private so be careful 😁
