There are 2 fuse boxes on the C-Class and I will show you both. If you have a very flash model there could also be a 3rd fuse box which I will show at the end of the Video.

I can't thank you enough! My a/c motor was running without stopping even if the keys are not on the car and my battery would be flat. With this hint, I removed the fuse F30 and stopped the a/c motor. So that, my battery will not be flat until I have the non-stopping a/c mottor issue solved.

Very useful, thank you very much. I would like to add my tuppence worth if I may. RHD Mercedes C320. Engine compartment fuse box is where your video shows, but it is not held closed with clips as shown in your video. Is is held closed with two screws which require a hex allen key wrench to open it. Not finding the clips caused a few minutes of head scratching, but then I decided to remove the screws to see what was underneath.

Hi L, have you known slight 2/3 snatch when setting off first thing with auto box ? when warm no problems with the box (2003, 203)

Indeed it does. It is snatchy until it warms up, must be a common issue but I did replace the oil and the filter in the Gearbox with Mercedes parts and it made NO DIFFERENCE ! Hopefully nothing to worry about. Thanks for visiting and please subscribe if you can. Thanks and have a great week.

Hello ol boy ... Love your vid .... I have a 2006 Mercedes C-230 ( over here in America ) and I have this problem of a random theft alarm going off. There seems to be varying reasons why it fails according to who I ask, but most say because the alarm batteries get corroded or weak and the alarm is actually meant to draw attention to the problem. I replaced it all once a year ago at the cost of $450 U.S. As you can imagine, I don't want to do that expensive repair once again ... sooooooo ... My thoughts are to pull the fuse to the alarm horn ( down by the front wheel well ). The problem is I don't know which fuse it is ! Any help is mucho appreciated.

Not sure what fuse it is. You need a fuse layout diagram really as you don't want to pull out every one and test the alarm, that will take ages

I have a 2007 c280 avantgarde edition, the fuse list is still inside. There is one issue with the diagram... For the cockpit panel, there is supposed to be a fuse numbered 35 (auxiliary heater pump), however just like in your video there is a space with only one small square, which a fuse cannot be inserted. Do you by chance know why this discrepancy is happening? It seems that you have a similar fuse box, is the fuse diagram in your vehicle the same as the fuse panel in the cockpit?

Lot's of Vehicle fuse boxes are like this with empty slots. They make a generic fuse box for all versions of that Model. Then only the top luxury models with all the gadgets will have all the fuses. Hey is there a fuse to turn off my Parking brake warning light on dash? 2007 Mercedes Benz c280 matic. I released the brake one day and it almost fully disengages, car still drives it’s not locked on

If the radiator fan isn't engaging that's a real concern as the engine could overheat.

Not sure if there would be an individual fuse for that, probably the fuse would do the whole cluster. Could be a faulty bulb or connection.

Hey, my parking lights ain't working(the small ones in the headlight).So basically now i have like only the bigger bulbs on the headlight working.Do you have any idea what can be the cause of it ? Thanks :)

They might be your daytime running lights maybe? Only guessing you might be able to disable\enable via the computer menu or OBD2. If they were on before then it could be a fuse. If you figure it out let me know. Thanks.

Shubeto94 Not sure what fuse it is. Were they definitely working before? If no voltage then could be the light switch (but unlikely) or a fuse.

What was that in the horn fuse location? That reddish burgandy. My horn not working but there is nothing there on my fuse box.. it’s got 3 pins which is weird like a 3 pin fuse?

Not sure I’m afraid. The horn could be a faulty connection in your steering wheel or the actual horn has failed. Hope you can get it fixed, good luck

Unless you have a fuse diagram it will be hard to tell. It could be a Relay. You can check the fuses without removing them (link in the Description). Good luck.

I doubt it’s a fuse, if it was a fuse it wouldn’t work. Best thing to try 1st is putting a new battery in the key fob

@@jsahota1 Strange. Won’t be a fuse as a fuse either works or doesn’t work. Does it only work close in one specific area of the vehicle? Try seeing if it’s different as you walk round it.

Not sure what fuse it is. But it sounds like a faulty stalk switch, maybe a short.

Tea is better in the US they take coffee breaks not have tea time, but coffee is so extremely addictive that most have little interest in tea when doing things like this. It's coffee. JESUS CHRIST delivered me from coffee, it really was a supernatural miracle.

Samuel Goldman There isn't one on this model I did, I think the high end ones have it though. I do mention this at 5m05s in case someone has the high end model.
