As a kid, I remembered watching Wide World Of Sports on ABC & a big fat Russian super heavyweights cleaning 500lb was a big deal. These two weigh half of that Russian.

The chinese are really good with not getting in the way of an athletes' preferred/optimum technique that suits them. Or at least it seems like it. It's quite hard to not hinder an athlete's natural talent without inadvertently pushing an idea when coaching. It's actually insane how these coaches are.

I love this. Sometimes coaches can cause athletes to go backwards interfering too much with minor technical issues, if someone’s numbers are at the top end of their respective weight classes and whatever minor issue they have isn’t causing them to miss lifts don’t mess with it!

Всё плохо: у обоих начальные движения кардинально отличаются от финальных. А должны быть одинаковыми. То есть, например, Тянь Тао должен был начинать с того, чтобы брать на грудь в сед и толкать от груди в сед 20 кг, 60 кг и т.д. А на приведённой на ролике тренировке на начальных весах разогрелись совсем не те мышцы, которые поднимали веса конечные.

Some people are born naturally stronger than normal, then they trained on their natural ability. Most people can train all they want & not have the ability to lift world champion weights.
