@@rk.ravikewalramani This time its different. In Ayodhya prices have gone up almost 8X. Areas which were not developed, like Uttar Pradesh, is where the property prices are exploding and sustaining. Why Uttar Pradesh or other areas? People were migrating to Mumbai because of the attraction it held. Once corona set in there was a huge outflux of people. Be it Uttar Pradesh or else where, people started to get jobs and businesses in their home place. So in fact labour is moving out of Mumbai. DEVELOPMENT IS ALL PERVASIVE IN ALL STATES. THE CHARM THAT MUMBAI HELD IS NO LONGER THERE. In Gujarat, two new cities are coming up (DHOLERA, GIFT CITY (SINGAPORE NIFTY HAS NOW SHIFTED TO GIFT CITY AND IS CALLED AS GIFT NIFTY). Narendra Modi has made up plans to come up with six new cities. Karnataka govt itself has made plans to come up with six new cities. Things have definetely changed.

These buildings have plethora of luxurious amenities with very less residents so the share of maintenance per flat is higher. Also the flats are huge meaning more taxes to b paid. There are poor and rich people all over. Just because someone is struggling for a job doesn't mean other will live like a peasant when he can afford a luxurious life.
