Thanks for the comment 👍 😀 I've been living in Phnom Penh Cambodia since 2004 . At the moment 30.000+ New never lived in apartments by end of 2025 it will be around 60.000 + . They are bought of the plan or scale models in shopping Centres in China , Dubai as Vacation homes , but 99.9 % are Just left to do the elements and from my apartment complex can see dozens of these luxury apartment complexes and some have been in darkness for years , but still have tight security personnel outside 24/7 . To be offered one of these very rare fully furnished apartments with everything you saw for $34 a night was something that most never see . I've lived close to this apartment tower since it was completed 3 years ago. The reception was a small desk room for 1 person, at the time I was here 23 hours never saw anyone else. Only 4 staff members. The whole 29th floor was completely empty apart from my apartment. It had never been lived in before after 3+ years The fridge ,washing machine air conditioning still had the blue plastic covering on them . 1 infinity swimming pool 1 sandy Beach swimming pool. I wasn't allowed to video the huge gym , sauna , steam room, hair salon, barbershop, small Mini Mart, or the indoor swimming pool areas. The security CCTV Surveillance also had a speaker system that kept on telling me this is off limits, please return the way you came in . These KZfaq videos are sponsored by Booking.com, so I followed everything I was told to do . My intention was to go from Budget to luxury accommodation, but after this one how can you possibly find anything better at $50/$60/$80$100+ a night . Breakfast was included, but refused to be allowed to take any mobile device into the dinner area. The Breakfast was buffet and everything imaginable was on display . My Breakfast was worth more than $34. And every night since then the apartment tower has been in darkness no lights visible after dark . So yes I did keep saying only $34 a night, because it was total unbelievable. Now I hope you understand. Best of luck 👍 ✨️ Did I really say $34 a night 7.000 times ?
