It's breathtaking! My only con was entering to a bunch of poles/columns. I wish they'd use beams instead. The owners suite is jaw dropping. The laundry room is a woman's dream. The home is just AWESOME!

That would depend on where the home is located, if it is in an HOA neighborhood or not. These homes can be built on your lot as long as its within the builders region.

Should have used beams instead of columns upon entering. The only bedroom on main floor before going to the basement does not have a closet. Needs one.

The two story “porch” is hideous but the rest is nice. The gables could’ve been perfect without those pillars. Architect has poor taste.
