This is a good book. Does provide a step by step introduction to how to build things kzfaq.infoUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 , also does offer some steps. Includes pictures to give you ideas for layouts and such. If you are looking for a guide, this is not exactly what you want. But if you are trying to familiarize yourself with the way that pole barn building and other out buildings, are made, then this will work just as you need it to. A few things in this book are a barn (of course), detached garage, storage building, and coops.

This thing blows away anything from HGTV! Though they were lucky enough to be able to afford to go overboard by getting a semi truck to tote it around all over the place -- not everyone can do that -- it's actually very smart, and having a tiny car to tote _them_ around at each stop is also very cool. Really excellent!

This is a high-end Tiny House and I LOVE IT! Also, I think it's important to include ALL types of Tiny Homes on my channel. A few weeks ago, I published a tour of a Tiny House built for $25,000 with reclaimed materials. There is a huge spectrum for these houses, and it has nothing to do with size (they are all tiny). Instead, each house is unique for different needs, wants, and income levels. That's what makes this movement so special. In my opinion, showcasing Tiny Homes with different price tags proves that: 1). Tiny Houses can't be measured by cost per square foot, 2). You get what you pay for, and 3). Each Tiny House truly matches its owner. Don't make jealous comments if you can't afford a $125k house! You can build a Tiny for much less. Remember, there's no trophy for who can live in the most frugal Tiny House. If there was, I wouldn't want to win it!

I didn’t know anyone was hating on the semi. If they do, they do not understand how semis work. I agree that they do a much better job than most houses and even most apartments at being affordable, yet their method of transportation is better for the environment and they don’t even need a driveway.

I think people are hating on the semi because the couple kept talking about how eco friendly they were being, but the big polluting semi was sitting right behind them. I was impressed by the gas mileage. I hope he was being honest and that truly is their towing mpg. I tow a 26 foot camping trailer and I only get 6 to 7 mpg!

Brilliant and efficient! A legit tiny house, blessed with high- tech extras, a truly tiny car, and the safest, most efficent vehicle to tow it. Yes, it is. You'll not get 8mpg with a pickup truck this heavily laden. 21k# house + 2k# car is more than the beefiest diesel pickups can even remotely tow, much less safely maneuver or stop in emergencies. Yes, they invested a lot of money, but it's worth it. They're off grid, they're happy, and this was a wonderful video!

This thing is amazing! Some of their design ideas are absolutely BRILLIANT. The luxury aspect is a bit much for me, but it is clear these folks are super happy with what they built themselves(!) and considering they were living in 5,000 square feet...it's amazing they even thought they could downsize their physical space like this. Another thing about this to consider: A couple like this, who were using so much before, has a bigger impact on the environment when they switch to a tiny lifestyle. It may go against the grain for some in the community to welcome "rich people" in, but if folks are serious about the tiny movement helping the planet, you gotta get the biggest consumers involved too.
