Love the house very beautiful and modern. Christopher homes always builts beautiful homes. My only gripe is i wish it was a four bedroom. No other complaints.

Some of the block walls are lower just for the model home but they will be raised🙌 Glad you liked the home😁

I love the design and layout of the home. The only issue is how close the neighbors are...doesn't seem like you'd get any privacy.

Hey Robert! These are fairly high density homes you’re right. For this particular model home you’re next to a three story home on one side - even with high walls your neighbor would be able to look through windows on the upper levels. On the other side the walls are lower just because it’s the models, they will likely be raised at the time they’re sold so you should have more privacy on that side🙌😁
