master bed room should be on the 2nd floor with own laundry room built in the closet

I appreciate the feedback🙌 There’s a Junior suite on the second level, a lot of people like having the primary on the main level! I do like the built in laundry idea for the closet😁

It’s priced at $3,959,990. They’re asking for a 12 month leaseback with two 6 month options at $18,000/Month so they can continue using it as their show home🙌

I would like to see this home without the distractions. That's not the best time to tour a video taped property.

I agree it is not ideal! I plan on refilming another time when there is no distractions. I figured getting something out there is better than nothing:)
