This is one of the best homes you have shown. I will love to own it. There were a lot of details put into this homes. It is a steal for $700K. You really don't have to remodel nothing. In California, New England States that is a $900K to $1.5 Million

In the northeast that basement room without windows wouldn't be considered a bedroom either. Not because it doesn't have a closet, but because there are no windows (i.e., no point of egress). Love that they turned one of the top floor bedrooms into a playroom for kids and converted one of the basement room into a library/office space.

Yes technically you’re right about the window but for some reason the appraisers count bedrooms in the basement sometimes even with out the window

I remember your episode of the white house, it was that house that made me fall in love with the Lake Dow area in McDonough. Is it swampy underneath the dock? It seems a bit off from the lake. I'm not a fan of the center island cabinets being a different color. As a FL pool homeowner, I love that they have a pool, however, I would have loved it even more had they built the pool closer to the lake and created an infinity look, or had they cut the trees down to give you a clearer view of the lake. That is my preference. The interior is also dark. The room in the basement without closet or windows is not a bedroom.

Hello it's me Elisa. WOW, Mr. Mitchell this home is everything I was looking for, I was able to check off all the boxes starting with home being brick and then lakefront WITH pool for under a million 😅. Also has enclosed deck, walk in shower, laundry room, finished basement, acre of land, WOW 🎉 just everything Thanks for showing that it's all possible. So can this home be put on layaway😊 ( Oops, I just told my age) as it's still 12 months left before I'm ready. Will be in Georgia in January 2024, to look around and hopefully this type of home is available to view the masterpiece in person. I'll be in touch.

That’s a lot more home than you get in Florida for $700k. Especially the land and the finished lower level. The lower level could be rented out to offset most of your mortgage payment. Only drawback is that it looks like it’s deep in the country, I like having close proximity to shopping and services.

Good stuff. This is the type of property I would expect if the price is over 500K. There are too many properties on the market for over 1.5 million that dont even have a quarter of the things this property has.

Was wondering since I saved this home too my email because this is exactly what I'm looking for. Did the lady in California purchase the home or is the home still available? 🤔 Here in California this home would be about $ 3 million. The home offers income potential because of apartment in basement. Basement could rent for about $ 1500 a month , although I wouldn't rent
