Rhonda, these are the type of homes and neighborhood I would like to live in. The 1 acre lot is good. I would love to come out on my deck on a "crisp" winter morning and enjoy a hot cup of tea, and just listen to the sounds of nature. I must have my brick mini mansion with the matching mailbox. (Like the home at 1:01) Now all I need is to hit that POWERBALL for 1.5 BILLION this week! Lol. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful home and I'm glad all of my handwork throughout the years as finally paid off where I don't need to win the powerball in order to afford this home. Most likely will be moving into Mc Donough area as the homes are beautiful as though I'm locking for lakefront home in Mc Donough

This is one of the homes that was designed and built at a time when experts were doing the work. Everything makes sense. Especially the kitchen/living room arrangement where you have a great kitchen but an extra living room to not have to look at it all the time when you want to relax. The open floor plan in most new homes today really has no class. The millennial home designers are terrible. Everything is angular, rigid and sad. Life is smooth and round by nature and they violate the most important principle.

I love the house so far. Would definitely update the backsplash, countertops and floor in the kitchen. I would update the owners suite bath and closet. ]
