Sir, thank you for the video. Can you please let me know who the builder is who is building the basement homes in Mooresville. I could not find it on New Home source. Also, can you get bath tub in the masters of the homes in Poplin Grove… none of the 3S plans features bathtubs. Thanks!

Meritage Homes in Mooresville has basement floorplans (only a few left as of 2 weeks ago. And yes, you should be able to add a bathtub to the owner's suite in poplin grove. If you're interested in any M/I community (like Poplin Grove) reach out. I have several clients working with M/I right now and would love to help.

This builder is also building a less expensive community in Monroe. I have had very little interaction with them or their reps but the short exchanges I did have makes me believe they are quite reputable. Instead of selling their lots to the highest bidder, they are doing a “lottery”. Unfortunately, building materials, specifically lumber, has increased in price tremendously! The base they quoted me for their next lottery on May 30 just went up $9,000. The area you speak of, Indian Trail, is a great town! I’ve been searching for a property in this area for the last year. The downside, on resales, is that there is much “dirty dealing” going on. I just may get in touch with you. Maybe you could help me? 🙂
