Well, I think a lot of people don’t actually hate him. Like personally, I’m sure he’s a fine guy, he’s definitely very good, it’s just hard to root for him. Sonic as a character is just kinda boring, and it’s nice to see him get beat down after getting curb stomped by him online loo

I legitimately feel bad for sonix. The last few times he played he was hungry for the win but light has just been constantly saying *no*. The matchup is very doable, but light is just on lock right now its insane.

@@juliannotbreezy5321 its generally not that bad. Sonic doesnt have a matchup worse than even or slight losing. Sonix and even more people are suggesting that he doesnt even lose a singular mu. Most of his games against light were doable with some games being complete dominant wins over light. As for paseriman, hes had some pretty impressive runs in the past, not nearly as much anymore. But struggling against zd? Sounds like a skill issue.

@@juliannotbreezy5321 Leo is the best player in the world and I can show you a long list of people who have beat him. Dont act like upsets dont exist. "Skill issue" is more of an insult than anything, but the implication was he maybe did not have the best performance. Which... happens. Always. And its not a solid win for fox and not even close to +1.5. 55-45 (even or winning for fox) is the community consensus as of now, but it is swaying closer to 50-50. Even the best sonic in the world who has more experience in the matchup than anyone thinks that and doubles down on the idea that sonic loses no matchups. Even one minute on the internet can yield that widely discussed topic. Sonic by far has the best MU spread in the game, aint no way there's a single -1.5 on there.
