i thought this might be useful! for vegan baking i use betty crocker cake mixes (most are accidentally vegan minus the funfetti and the red velvet one i think) and replace the eggs and oil with 300ml of a fizzy drink (i’ve also seen people sub fizzy drinks for sparkling water too )

Going vegan is why I started baking too, and I love it! Also get a spatula because you actually waste quite a bit of batter without one (unless you lick the bowl out ofc but personally I'd rather maximise the cooked batter) 😊

Honestly speaking these videos are such a breath of fresh air cause where i live the situation is pretty bad (Delhi, India). Universities and schools are yet to open up and all the the government cares about are the elections (ik it's abysmal), so to live the normal life again even if its through someone else's life has been such a huge saviour!!! PS try using butter when you warm the wraps up, it might help with the sandpaper texture

Anything that is baked in the oven, still cooks for about 3-5 minutes after taking out of the oven. I think your good on the brownies. How can you handle less sleep? How do prep for that? Not asking for skimping sleep on a regular basis.

I got some gluten free wraps from Whole Foods. They are made out of cassava root flour. They are the only ones I’ve found that I like that aren’t dry. I’ll try to come back and edit in the name of the brand, if I remember :)

I don’t see why you would buy gluten free wraps when you can eat regular ones? As someone with coeliac disease it’s so hard to find food on the shelves that I am able to eat as the stock is always limited, plus gluten free bread tastes awful compared to regular, so not sure why you’d buy them when you’re able to eat the normal ones.

when you put a fork in the brownie mixture its meant to come out with some batter on it, as long as it doesn't look raw, especially if you are going for a gooey brownie :P it's just cake that needs to come out clean :) hope that helps! Brownies looked soo good!
