I just finished studying at Leeds and this video all ready got me feeling nostalgic, especially the shot at 6:48, that’s the street I lived on, would have walked past my house, right next to Popinas, and honestly that 24hr Sainsbury’s is a life saver.

This reminds me so much of when I moved into our second year flat a few weeks ago. Also small world my bf is starting second year at leeds and lives in the hyde park area too, so jelly of uol students though the campus is gorg. Hope you enjoy your second year

Hi Lydia, a quick tip for when your changing a lamp shade, sometimes you have to unscrew the bulb first and then the lamp shade will come off or go on! Hope this helps xx

I found out about this app ziffit today and you basically use it to donate books by scanning the barcode and get payed a bit for doing it too. I haven't used it myself yet but it looks really easy to use. X 💖

is it safe enough in hyde park? i know it's quite student-y which i think is good but i've heard it could get rough sometimes in the nighttime? i'm hopefully coming to the uni of leeds next fall so i'd love to hear what you think of the area generally
