Good tip for applying to a wide range of jobs: keep multiple types of CVs/resumes! I have 1 for my historian work, 1 for customer service, and 1 with my WHOLE working history. Then you can just make one quickly for any job with some copy pasting instead of retyping it all and maybe missing relevant details

What app do u use to make resumes?
@e4mi
@e4mi 4 ай бұрын
@@balala5430 I just use Google Docs/Word and made my own. Search around "{career} resume examples" or something similar and use those for reference. I personally don't like resume sites because they mostly make you pay. You could pay for 1 and use that for reference but I didn't see the value in it (it wasn't worth what I would pay)

@@balala5430 I use word or docs with references to examples i have searched around and seen. Usually "{career} resume examples" and pick and pull from different styles. I don;t like to use the paid ones because I don't think it is worth the money personally but I can see it if you need a professional one asap. Also if anyone reading this is in college still, Ask your career center!! they are amazing guidance with their suggestions

With love pls get Sid to look into indigenous acknowledgement when running a travel company, i noticed they still call k'gari fraser island which it hasn't been called for sooo long, like calling uluru - ayers rock - just not rlly done anymore, and an acknowledgement to country on their site is always rlly appreciated & improtant. this is not criticism at all!!! someone not from aus would have absolutely no idea about importance of this but great to look into :))) wish lots of success

i really liked this week's vlogs and i'm glad you are getting somewhere with potential jobs :) you should defiantly become a pilates instructor even if it's part time or a couple of hours a week, it would be nice and that way you could still do an internship :') being an instructor would be so much fun! i hope you get at least one of the internships and cannot wait for next weeks vlog to see if you've got a job eek! xx

I'd definitely look into becoming a pilates instructor, that sounds so cool! I've thought about doing something like teaching yoga or doing reiki/crystal healing but there aren't any courses near to where I live. Also good luck with looking for jobs in hospitality, I used to work in that industry (mostly hotels) so if you have any questions feel free to ask! 😊

It's possible that pilates instructors are trained to ask all job hunters and passionate students if they want to become instructors. They might earn commission if you sign up for a course via them :) Anyone would probably be flattered into thinking themselves a potential pilates recruit, that's not a bad thing, I think its just good to point out to young people that these instructors might earn course recruitment commissions as part of their business, and that they may encourage people to become instructors often or even quarterly. Commission sales aren't always mentioned by everyone but should be I feel :) x
