Lyle Crocodile Movie? Wasn't Expecting That!

Күн бұрынIf you grew up reading the Lyle Crocodile books from the 60's or even watched the animated movie in 1987 and even know who Lyle Crocodile is - you might be excited that he is getting a live-action movie! It looks like the new film will be gased off the first 2 books of the Lyle Crocodile series and from the trailer, it looks like a fun flick! Let me know what you think and if you know about Lyle, are you excited for a movie?

My Granny had the book Lyle Lyle the Crocodile. It was one of either my mom's or aunt but I remember reading this sooo many times. It was one of my favorites. Later on in life I do remember seeing the HBO TV Special but I think I saw it on home video. That would be one of my things I would love to find a copy recorded from HBO. It's one of my hobbies. Also I remember my teacher reading the book and calling it Kyle Kyle the Crocodile and then calling me Lyle. When I first saw the trailer I didn't know anything about it. It made my day!

Very cool to actually see others know of this.. I have to be honest, I saw the book and I can remember teachers reading it - I cant ever recall checking it out or reading it myself, or any of the books. I did see the movie though, just dont think I saw the whole thing.. The animation was a bit wonky.

I vaguely remember Lyle, maybe I just remember seeing the cover or something. Haven't watched B&BDTU yet. The Thing was awesome

I read somewhere that the Ukraine Pres was the voice for Padington II. I havent confirmed tho. :)

I never heard of Lyle the Crocodile, but the movie looks cool. I like that the mother is the mother from Fresh Off the Boat

Lyle Lyle crocodile = Never heard of, Elvis = interesting, The Thing = WOW, Bevis & Butthead movie = was okay

Thats a good point. He looks like a real full grown crocodile. And not a cuddly one either. lol.

Elvis didn't write any of those songs, it was a black who wrote all those tracks and #1 hits.
