This is a very good lymphatic face massage. I did this last. Every day, I do 3 mins, 4 mins, 5 mins & 8 mins massages/exercises, night face lifting massage, 10 mins facelift + Slim Jawline … Eyebag removal exercise, anti-aging face & massage exercises, 10 Face Morning Yoga exercises, Lift lip corner drooping & mouth exercises… 9 mins laugh line exercises, get rid of smile lines exercises, smile line facial exercises and so on. After doing it my face has been lifted. When I was working I don’t smile a lot. I was very serious in my work and seldom smile. After retirement, i don’t have stress anymore. I look like there is no life in me - people always says i look tired. I laughed and smile a lot now a days. As Ms Masumi mentioned in one of the videos, smiling and laughing is the best way to lift up your face. It’s true. I will be 59 this year. Your video helps a lot and you gave a very thorough explanation for the face exercises and massages. I need to do it everyday. Once again, my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for sharing all your informative videos to us.
