Another Gem Brother Shane! Lynch Mob Rocks! Singer Oni Logan on this one. Check out "Where do you sleep at night"by them. An older release that is bluesy 🤘🏼

When I was in high school in the 80's, most guys had pictures of super models taped to the inside of their locker doors, (by contrast, I had pictures of George Lynch and Eddie Van Halen). Don't get me wrong, the girlie pics had a lot of eye appeal and artistic merit, but hard rock and heavy metal musicianship were on a much higher intellectual and spiritual plane to me at the time :) Shane, I would love to see you react to some Royal Republic songs off of their new "Love Cop" album. These guys from Sweden are one of the best bands most people have never heard of (you thought their cover of Metallica's "Battery" was awesome). I would suggest checking out the songs "Love Cop", "My House", and "Freakshow" which are all fantastic retro '80's bangers. As you said, these guys are a fun, high energy band with lots of campy and tongue and cheek humor (outstanding musicians as well).

I love Lynch Mob. I met the guys from the 1st album during a signing event at Specs in Coral Gables in 1990. I got to meet George, Mick and Anthony Esposito and they signed my cassette. Unfortunately, Oni Logan was in the bathroom. LOL. The first two songs (Wicked Sensation and River of Love) were so good and kicked butt! I saw them a couple of times at a small club in South Florida and they kicked major ass!

This album was how I found out that Dokken had broken up. Remember this was back in the day before the internet. The first two albums are great.

First time I saw/heard of Lynch Mob I misread the name as Lunch Mob...😸...still gives me a laugh! They are a "depends on the day" kind of band for me. When I hear one of their tunes I am either digging it or I am changing the channel. Today, this was decent for me. Tomorrow, who knows????
