Yes we should strive for invisible import in the Medical Education sector. Indian students are going Russia for UG Medical Course. Government should get Affiliation from Russian university and open New Medical College in india. Charge Tution Fees as per Rubel currency but paid in Indian Rupees. It will generate Employment in india itself. The annual outflow of Medical students is 15 Lakh and in terms of foreign currency it is in 525000 Lakh crore for tution fees only.
