Meet Andrew - Fully Recovered from Severe CFS
When Andrew first joined our program, he was struggling just to get out of bed each day after suffering with chronic fatigue syndrome for over two years.
Extreme fatigue, headaches, muscle aches and being generally unwell had rendered Andrew virtually housebound for months on end. Just walking his dog or cooking a meal would leave him exhausted and needing to rest.
In our latest video, I sit down with Andrew to talk about his remarkable journey from those dark days of severe illness, to now being gym-going and healthier than ever before at 59 years old.
You'll be inspired by Andrew's story of perseverance and positive mindset as he navigated multiple failed treatment attempts before discovering our comprehensive recovery program. Through immersing himself in the coaching and routine wholeheartedly for 12 months, Andrew was able to transform his health step-by-step.
Don't miss this uplifting interview where Andrew shares valuable lessons from his recovery, including never giving up hope even in your darkest moments. He proves that with the right guidance, full recovery is achievable no matter how entrenched your symptoms may seem.
Click below to listen to Andrew's story of overcoming chronic fatigue syndrome and reclaiming his life. I know you'll find it hugely motivating for your own journey.
Best,
Toby

Just listening to Andrew is hitting the spot! For me the key is to only do what I can repeat every day! When that clicked I felt relaxed and haven't had a major crash since then. (that kind of crash that I had kept falling into regularly during the past 28 years).Even though I've only been on the program for 8 months, it feels like a century. The words ignore time is such a great reminder and renews my hope. THANKS FOR ALL.Thank you Andrew and thank you Toby.

This is my 1st time checking out your channel. It was great to see a recovery story. Unfortunately I also suffer from fibromyalgia along with all of its nasty side effects. I do get the sound, smell, and light effects as well. But it’s very very hard being a single mom and dealing with all of this 😢 I will watch a few more videos. Thank you for helping and believing in all the people you help‼️‼️ 🥂🇨🇦

Thank you so much for sharing helpful insights and information and free trainings. This is incredibly important as I am one of the people who can't afford to do the programme at the moment. My biggest take away from today is to improve on my routine and extend it to every day but also, set better boundaries and share what they are to others. Thank you Andrew and thank you Toby and CFS health.

Dear Andrew. Don’t worry about being 59.... I have MECFS and I’m bloody 66! I AM concerned about having much less chance of healing from this problem, but I’ve watched many recovery videos of people about my age so I’m still hoping I can get there. You sound very good. Your mind is switched on. Good health be with you.🇦🇺

First step in recovery is don’t read the comments to recovery stories. I’m sure they are filled with comments of people saying they’ve had CFS for 50 years.

Unfortunately I have gone the antidepressant route and it has done me wanders for 4/5 months 3 years ago and now i had to get back on it but when i went off it, it has made my body weak and my body sensitivity has increased significantly and am really struggling, things are becoming tough that i am not able to study and i feel tired doing anything and these meds are not working like they used to, i would love to go the natural route but i think its too late.

Hi - Its a standard antiviral. I think the one I take is the one they prescribe when you get shingles if you live in the UK and its called Valaciclovir.
