Sera Mera aik question ha kh kia pain killer (NSAIDs) induced kidney damage reversible ha ya nh ? Ya phir NSAIDs sy kidney permanent damage ho jata ha? Mjhy RA ha aur min continuesly Meloxicam lety ja rha ha hon aur har 3 month py serum creatinine levels check kr rha hon woh normal range min ha ... Pr still mjhy khof rehta ha kh mery kidney damage na ho jaey ... Laken majobri ha pain killer k beghair RA ke wja sy min Kam py nh ja sakta fever rehny lg jata ha ....
