ਜੋ 01.01.2022 ਦਾ DA ਇਸ date ਤੋੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਬਲਕਿ 8 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜੋ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਉਹ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ DA ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ। ਕਿੰਨਾ ਕੁ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਬੁੜ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਰਦਣ ਮਰੋੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ?????

Manpreet ji ,lot of thanks to clrify the detail of honble pb.&haryana high court judgements .my case is that , I retired on 31st december 2005.and my next increment was due on 1/1/2006.which was not notionaly fixed because early retirement by 1 day .my D.O.B Is also 1/1/1948.and thereby I was retired on 31/12 /2005.further bring to your notice that 5th pb.pay commission was implemented wef 1/1/2006. In case my due increment on 1/1/2006. after completing 12 months period.of last increm.is notionaly granted and fixed then whether the 5th pay commiss. reports & benifits would be admissible to me or not?. Kindly advise to me.

ਸ੍ਰੀਮਾਨ ਮੇਰੀ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2016 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੂੰ 12 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਮਿਤੀ 1 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2015 ਤੋ 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2016 ਤੱਕ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਤਰੱਕੀ (ਐਂਕਰੀਮੈਂਟ ) ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀ । ਕੀ ਕੋਈ ਪਰਸੋਨਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਪੱਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਵੀਡਿਉ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। so please let me answer thank you

Who have retired on 31/12/2011. Thr previous increment was awarded on 01/01/2011. Hence on 01/01/2012 twelve months have been completed. Is this case is eligible or not ?

आप जी बल्लो दी गई जानकारी बहुत अच्छा है, मगर पंजाब सरकार ने आज तक डी ए 12% नही दिया ,ना 66 मंथ्स 1*1*1916तो30*6* 2021दा बकाया राशि नही देती, इंक्रीमेंट दा की मिलना है,कोर्ट्स de फैसले को भी टीच ही समझते है वित मंत्री पंजाब सरकार दे।

ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਰ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ,ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ 31-12 ਤੇ 30-6 ਨੂੰ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ,ਤਾਂ ਮਹਿਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ ਜੋ ਕਿ 1ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੇ 1ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਸਰ, ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੰਕਰੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੇਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੈ। ਮੰਹਿਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਕੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ 12 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ, ਉਹਣਾਂ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਅੱਧ ਅਰਥਾਤ 6 ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 11 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ (according to round figure) ਉਹਨਾਂਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ???
