इस रेसिपी की समग्री - INGREDIENTS
पापड की सब्जी
पापद - ६, छोटा आकार
देशी घी - ३ चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च (कसा हुआ)
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - १ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
दही - १ कप
गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - कटे हुए

Papad ki Sabzi
Papad - 6, small size
Desi Ghee - 3 table spoon
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - ½ inch (grated)
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)

This lady's Marwari is just so pure and sweet. The sheer pleasure is to listen and savour. But the added prize is some amazing food dishes. We've tried many and they are simply gorgeous.
