Jobs in India goes through a series of rounds of assessments so waiting time is too high like 5months-1year. So is it same like we have to go through that rounds of assessments in Germany too and wait for joining???.?

Go to someplace alone, where they don not speak english. Try to talk to them only in german... That fear or low confidence or not able to tell what u want will motive you to learn German
