Ya in hygiene part totally agreed but that’s how things are. We can’t expect street vendors to increase their expenditure by changing gloves after few usages and as for apron Na I don’t think they would wanna wear that in street. Btw street food in Nepal is all about taste hygiene comes later 😂

if he wash his hand every one hour with sanitizers no need to use gloves it's more then hygienic.same method using in USA restaurants actually the problem is people thinking if we use gloves when we make anything that one is hygienic. but it's wrong people can not see bacteria in gloves

Hahaha!! Really guys can gloves just mean hygiene. People can also do dirty stuff with gloves and then give you food. Remember gloves were not invented to be used in food counters but instead to do real nasty jobs.

Love your reaction after you tasted the tangy sour panipuri water. Smile simply awesome. Girls love this food item everywhere.... Panipuri, fuchka, golgappas, etc. Man what was the owner speaking yaar. Boys love there panipuri and gulping down 240pcs.... Shocking yaar.. God bless their digestive system...!!! That's not what I said,It is common sense bro,If somebody is touching your food with his bare hands then I would not feel comfortable eating because I don't know where his hands could have been.Since there is not any safety rules applied by the health department in Nepal I am aware of what I eat..May be If I am blind or little kid but other than that I prefer the food cooked in my house.Thank you

@Mohamad Ashish,I am Nepali as well.I know what are you talking about.it's not the vendors fault or the customers.You just have to make your choice wisely because if you get sick then everything is on your own.Nepali government does not recognize about food safety and no concerned about public safety in food industry at all.Well actually, they don't give a shit about anything but We just have to be careful and watch what we eat outside.We don't need to waste unnecessary money for our own fault and sometimes outcomes are deadly if it is worst bacteria on food.
