I was in the U.S. Navy and i asked my C.O. to play this song over the ships loud speakers as we pulled into port after a long 8 month deployment in the Persian Gulf and he obliged being a Crue fan himself. As we approached the pier with hundreds of eagerly waiting family and friends to meet us and this song playing it was a rush of pride and relief coupled with rock concert cheers from those on the pier that was overwhelming. Something i will never ever forget in my lifetime.

In 1986 I was miserable kid in high school. The only bright spot of my day was hanging with my drummer friend Barbie in music class. She was a total rocker chick, had epic big 80s hair and was OBSESSED with the Crüe. We would play Home Sweet Home together on the piano. I totally had a crush on her but was too shy to ask her out. I never got a picture of her or found out what happened to her after high school. So if you're reading this Barbie McDaniel, thank you for being my friend. Hope you are still rocking to the Crüe. This song brought tears to my eyes when I saw the video I'm 56 years old and I remember seeing Motley Crew back in the 80's when i was younger. I look in the mirror now and I see an old man. But you know what I'm still headbanging and still play my music loud enough so the whole neighborhood can enjoy it. ROCK ON AND ROCK HARD 🤘

The Netflix doco The Dirt was awesome. A band that's literally seen it all and somehow survived. Unlike some other bands getting around they knew when to stop, maybe they better whisper into Paul Stanley's ear some advice from Dr Feelgood.

I'm in the crowd somewhere in this video. I know they filmed part of it in Houston when I saw them because they asked us if we minded if they did this song twice because they were shooting the video. We said HELL YEAH! Good times.

My best friend was a funny goofy kid and a fan of rap but knew nothing about rock/metal. At one point this was his favorite song and he would sing it and play it on his phone everywhere. So much that I ended up hating this song haha. We would always make fun of him because he knew nothing about this kind of music but always played this song and would act like he is a rockstar. Months later he passed away at 19 years old and we played this song at his funeral. I now love this song and it will always remind me of his goofy ass singing it. RIP brother ❤️

These guys rocked so hard i saw them twice in the 80s there concerts were some of the best .Nothing will ever compare to what those of us that came of age in the 80s . we were blessed .

This band has actually saved my life. On the brink of drugs, depression and suicidal thoughts 20 yrs ago. I was a struggling musician, drummer to be exact. This band helped me fight through it all and still does to this day. It would be an honor to meet these guys an tell them my journey and how they was the number one reason that helped me pull my life together and become who I am today

Just watched Jhon Cena playing this song on the piano in Peacemaker tv series and it brought so many memories from my Youth, I loved it.

This song always gives me such nostalgia. My dad plays guitar, piano and bass. He's always loved learning songs on his own by listening to it instead of learning by seeing the actual notes. I heard this song everyday for a week straight while he learned the piano and guitar, along with dozens and dozens of other ballads from this time. He'd play them days straight learning them then mixing his instruments together making his own cover. I wish he kept all of his recordings 💔💔 He's getting old and doesn't do it anymore. Oh how I'd love to go back to waking up hearing my dad playing his songs everyday. And he'd play them LOUD. I loved it. So many of my favourite songs come from him. I'm a 90s baby but grew up on 70s and 80s music because of him.
