No matter how good an apartment is......we will always end up detecting mistakes...... colour,light,design and what not......and as far as price is concerned,it depends on the price per sq ft.....that's it.....I live in a 800 sq ft apartment and to me this is luxury

Interest at 7% on 6.5 crore is 45.5 lakhs and rent on such apartment will be not more than 2 lakhs. So if you want to own such apartment take it on rent and put your 6.5 crore in bank, the interest will serve your rent and will even give you huge savings. Buying such apartment is a losing venture.

That’s nearly 1 million dollars for an average looking apartment. Indian realty market is bonkers. For the same money, you’ll get a truly luxurious villa with pool and all the bells and whistles in last Vegas and other parts of USA. This horrible flat isn’t worth more than 50lakhs.
