I sit here as my headphones guide me through this majestic music that’s echoing so deeply in my mind and heart, I am not okay, I fall and sob for nights knowing nothing can get better, I held my heart, shattered in pieces..but then..others grabbed my heart, grabbing pieces and putting them back, one last piece was never found, it was never meant to be found because YOU need to fill that last part, I am Okay.

Coming off a 6 year one-sided relationship that I gave my all to, this song helped me release all the pain of what I once thought of as wasted time. Almost a year has passed and I now see the valuable lessons I learned and I truly release her and hope for her happiness. I am, somehow, able to forgive her slanderous and wicked ways, though I've never had an apology. We have had no contact to speak of since we parted this last time, but I do put it out there that I am grateful for my time with her and the lessons learned. I told her in my final goodbye that if I had to go through what I went through with someone, I was glad it was with her.
