Hi sir.. I'm Anitha here . Your true, even i faced the problem and put on lots of weight by eating alot and when checked there was fatty liver problem, later decided to start walking and lost 6 kgs in one month.. But unfortunately again undergoing the same thing.. Stopped walking also now.. So I'm completely agree what u say..

I do 45 mins beach walk every morning covers 5 km along with my evening yoga and mediation has helped me over come high stress and anxiety level to the max moreover feel super energetic all day long at work 😃
