It's almost 12.4 per every 1 lakh women's with per year according to some research . Don't say 12.4 in 1 lakh is small when compared to India's huge population . She never told govt has to procure hpv vaccine from western countries. For your kind information already serum institute of india developed vaccine called cervavac for hpv and one more vaccine from western countries called gardasil.

But if technology is used for wrong purposes it is going to destroy our future generations. Keep in mind, we never used to celebrate birthdays, Valentine’s Day,Father’s Day, Mother’s Day or any other day which was not a usual thing in our society as we used to live together as a society, help each other without negotiating or neglecting our Sanathna culture. Now we forget everything & our society became more commercial. Very sad to say this.
