பாட்டிமா பேசுரது அவ்வளவு நன்றாக இருந்தது.பக்கத்தில் இருந்த சிஸ்டரும் பக்குவமா பேசராங்க.நல்ல இனிய கூட்டு குடும்பம்.எனது 20 வயதுவரை கூட்டு குடும்பமாக தான் இருந்தேன்.அது எல்லாம் மிக இனிமையான காலம்.பாட்டிமா இன்னும் பேச மாட்டாங்களா என்று இருந்தது.தம்பி நன்றாக பாடினார் .நல்ல குரல் வளம்.அனைவருக்கும் என் அன்பான வணக்கங்கள்.

i was visiting my son in florida last march.he found a mango tree and i made vadu mangai.wish i had seen this recipe.the smell of fresh vadu mangai is sooo wonderful.i love the song muttana muttallavo

Wow🤩😍😍👌 thanks Anna, paati, maami, for this video. Such intricate, fine tuning techniques of pickling and cooking only our daadis and naanis knew which needs to be passed on to next generations. This video will serve such purposes . 🙏 though I Don understand much of tamil.. I could understand from paati s expression... that pickling process was ritual in every household back then. 😇

பாத்திரம் தேவை இல்லைன்னா போட்டு வையுங்க ஒரு ரெண்டு மாசத்தில் ஓட்டை விழுந்திடும்.கண்ணாடி பாட்டில் தான் நல்லது. ஏனென்றால் கண்ணுக்கு தெரியும்.ஜாடியில் போட்டால் என்ன ஆகும்னு தெரியாது. ஒரு மூணு மாசம் வெளியே வைக்கலாம், தினமும் அல்லது வாரத்திற்கு இருமுறை கலந்து விடணும், இல்லேன்னா பங்கஸ் பார்ம் ஆயிடும்.தேவைக்கு வெளியே வெச்சிட்டு மீதத்தை பிரிட்ஜில் வெச்சிடுங்க, மாமி சொல்லுவதில் ஒரு தவறு இருக்கிறது, மாவடு என்னிக்கும் மாங்காயாய் காய்க்காது, உதிர்ந்துவிடும். திருமூர்த்தி மலை மாங்காய் மிகவும் நல்லாய் இருக்கும், விலை அதிகம்.
