Here are some highlights from the MABDR (Mid Atlantic Backcountry Discovery Route)

Thoughts on klim helmet ? Thinking about getting one of those as my next. My current XD4 is nice but two top vents stopped working. Going to order replacements but thinking about getting a new one as well.

i have a ton of klim gear and really like their stuff. However, i don't feel the helmet is on the same level as a lot of their other stuff. it is super light and flows air well and i really like the fact they include a transition shield. plus the magnetic buckle is awesome. But, i don't feel the inside materials feel premium, like Schuberth and other helmets do. the padding and material that touches your skin just feels a bit cheap to me. the connectors for the shield and visor feel a bit cheap too. overall i like the helmet, i just wish it were a bit more refined and had more premium materials for what you pay for it.

Nice quick cuts. You have helped me with the front windscreen 😎 but I want to ask for information about your front fork upgrade. It is not part of the manufacturers package here in Germany, not even in my desired version : gs 850 adventure in full specs. Please help me out, I am in the process of ordering a 2022 850GS Adventure bike ( Kalamata Matt, Rallye style option).

The front fork is a tractive fork cartridge. The touratech fork cartridge is identical from what I understand, so whichever is easier to get. It's a great upgrade.
