3rd fret E string with middle finger, 4th fret A string with pinky, and 2nd fret pointer finger on the D string (all relative to the capo)

In the recording he has it in the key of g so the capo has to be in the third not the fourth lol. Maybe he sings it in g# live

They enable people to find new ways to play guitar. if making certain chords easier to play means that people discover more and find fun ways to sound different then who cares.
