I love my RBRT 3/8 impact and 3/8 speed ball sets!! I'm an AG tech for a Deere Dealer. The best part is the this is coat of paint on everything Deere doesn't effect the bite on these bits!! No more cleaning the holes out with a pick and driving my Snap on hex drivers into them. Just tap these in and go!! I haven't stripped a hex head since I started using them!! I have taken out 10 year old rusty set screws from lock collars!! RBRT are definitely an amazing time saver!!! Keep up the great videos!!!!

Michael is my Mac Guy also. I worked in industrial maintenance and love the RBRT line. I have hex sets, the L wrenches, and the extractors. Keep putting out the good videos Clay!

I like the foam holder you can take out not like alot of brands you have to cut the lid off to put it in your box opened up and you can't come back from that

How fast is RBRT growing? I had to use your video from couple weeks back so my driver had the part # for the Master set SMXVE51RBRT my driver had to call his regional manager for price as this master kit wasn't in his computer. Clay keep up the great reviews and letting others share your stage.

Hey Clay been binge watching a ton of your videos lately. Recently watched the bean boozled and was laughing like crazy. I was wondering if you can ask your mac dealer if he can get the smxr2pt set still. It is a 1/4 and 3/8 flex ratchet but the handle itself locks and unlocks to become like a speed ratchet.

Dan I currently have a Snap-On bit socket set 1/4 and 3/8 Sae to 3/8 MM to 10mm and Torx T8 or T10-T55 is something like 236efset or 237hextorxst I’m not for sure which set I have but anyhow does Mac plan on offering a combo set kinda like this ? I’ve been holding out for a basic all in one set like that...

One thing I'm curious about is on the ford bed bolts it's a t50 torx plus but in the set they have it's a 3/8 drive why is that bit not offered in 1/2 drive. I work at a body shop and I have blowed up a 3/8 rachet braking those loose so I stick to the 1/2 drive.

Funny that you posted this video with Dan today, because today is Tuesday, Tuesday is the day my Snap-On dealers rolls around. And just today I told Mikey (my Snappy salesman) how much I liked my RBRT from Mac and I asked my him about when Snappy was going to come out with something similar. . . . . . Lets just say that His response really surprised me. ...First, he praised Mac for their RBRT and Precision Torque lines and admitted that Mac has been knocking it out of the park with RBRT. But then he said that Snap-On has been doing some innovating of their own and went to his laptop and went to Snap-On's website and said look at this. On his computer screen was an entire tool line of new Snap-On 1000v Insulated tools. They had insulated sockets & ratchets, insulated screwdrivers, insulated wrenches and insulated pliers. And he said that Snap-On is already way ahead of the curve with insulated tools as electric cars market is growing and is expected to continue to grow. Then he said Mac, SK, GearWrench and Cornwell don't even have any insulated tools on the market yet and that as Electric cars become more common place that those companies are already light years behind Snap-On.

Do RBRT "star" bits work on "Torx Plus" socket heads? How about a demo of the T47 on an old GM door striker with a wallowed out socket head?

The “star” are just normal torx Mac didn’t want to pay the royalties to “torx” since it is trademarked so they call them star. But you would need to get torx plus rbrt bits to fit what you need. There’s a big difference in them.

Clay you should make a t shirt that says Clay did it with hand full of tools so when go on the tool truck and go home the rep and the wife knows oh it was Clay. You do such a good job on your videos to try to keep everybody up to date on tools trips to what not to do in vegas, your shop floor has a trap door to hell. love it. 🔧🔧🔧🔧

If they are posting comments on internet videos, they must have internet access and thus they can go to Mac's website and order online.....or call the tool free number and order via phone for those who are old school :-)

RBRT Tools Look Nice And Have To Be The Best Out There And With Saying That,,, I Know They Gotta Have A Snap-On Price Tag 😂😂 Don't Take Me Wrong,, I Really Do Like Some Mac Tools And A Lot Of Other Brands But I've Always Been Partial To Snap-on As My Favorite Brand! As Far As The Bed Bolts, We Just Cut Them Off And Replace Them With New Ones And Yes There Is Some Trucks That Are A Pain In The Arse Even When Cutting Them And These Newer Ford Bed Bolt Kits Are Quite Pricey...

I like that 51 piece set my problem is I hate the term “master set” if it doesn’t have all the sizes they offer it bugs me. I’m sure the price would be ridiculous though.

He's wrong it does skip a size. 9/64. 9/64 takes out a #8 machine screw and nothing else fits it.

With RBRT bits like the Torx ones, I saw a previous video with Dan where he said he recommends using them all the time. Are there any cosmetic concerns with using them? I've seen some demos where the RBRT bits get off really tight bolts and leave marks, which is fine and expected if the bolt was very tight I suppose. But in cases where a bolt is cosmetic and is not super crazy tight, is the RBRT bit still appropriate, such that it shouldn't mark up a fastener unless it's really on there? Also, will RBRT find its way to Proto tools, seeing as they've got the same parent company and share designs of some of their tools? (I expect that RBRT will remain Mac-specific, but doesn't hurt to ask)

So why come when I look up some of these product numbers (specially the torx) on macs website it goes to a page now found? Shows on Google but when I click on the mac link it says no page found. So theybdont make them anymore? Tool truck exclusive now?

Mac’s website is way behind. They are all good part numbers and eventually when Mac updates the website you can purchase them online.

i doubt it..... most of these new tools from MAC are imported re-brands from other tool manufacturers under the Stanley Black And Decker conglomerate. MAC hasn't revised their line up of US made tools in a long time and in some cases they completely replaced them with Imports. the easiest way to tell which MAC tools are US made is the Made In USA or just USA stamp on the tool. The other is the price, they're usually double price of the imports.

Also MAC hardline Made I USA tools are made by Proto. Proto is a industrial tool brand also under Stanley Black And Decker but most of their hand tools are US made.
