@@luvelelife yes, it was lovely!!! I have a question, for this milk, and cashew one as well (which i didnt make yet): have you tried it not strained: does the residue sediment in the yogurt jar? Does it affect fermentation? Asking because im thjnking about trying to leave the pulp in, so the protein, fiber and nutritional facts are preserved. What do you think? Could it go wrong, since macadamias are quite high fat, and I am not sure fat interferes in the fermentation process? Could kill the good bacteria in the starter? Thank you!!!

Hi there, Generally store bought plant base milks do not work for yogurt, as they generally include a lot of additives. We have found homemade nut milks work best. We have a lot more recipes on our channel for plant base yogurts you can check out.
