Head to Tunisia with this makarouna salsa dish, a tasty, widely consumed Tunisian pasta recipe that is prepared with a good spicy tomato sauce with or without harissa depending on certain regions of the country.
Ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks
500 gr. pasta
1 or 2 tbsp. to C. d'harissa
2 sweet peppers
1 or 2 onions depending on size
5 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
2 tbsp. tomato paste
4 tbsp. tbsp olive oil
1 C. tbsp. paprika
1 C. 1 teaspoon turmeric
1 C. to C. de ras hanout
Salt pepper
50 cl. chicken or vegetable broth
5 bay leaves
A little water
2 hard-boiled eggs for decoration
