On my way back from Taiwan last year, I decided to have a short stopover in Macau, as it's somewhere I've always wanted to visit. A tiny piece of land next to Hong Kong, Macau has been a Portuguese colony for almost 500 years and retains some beautiful architecture.

😊Smiley faced Egg tarts in the old part of Macau and Modern hotels with casinos and European artwork. Travelled there via hovercraft from Hong Kong 2013

Which is best for training Martial Arts. Which place would you advise most to visit or even live. Taiwan or Macau?

Taiwan for sure. You get to learn systems that aren't present on the mainland (although a lot of martial arts found on the mainland aren't found in Taiwan either) as well as more traditional yet more forward-focused training.

There isn't really much martial arts in Macau, so definitely Taiwan.
