Ingredients :
1. Rohu Fish Head / Rui Macher Matha - 3 (cut into half)
2. Onion - 2 big (cut into slices)
3. Potato - 2 big (cut into long pieces)
4. Tomato - 2 medium (cut into pieces)
5. Mustard Oil - 5 tbsp
6. Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
7. Dried Red Chili - 3
8. Tej Patta - 1
9. Black Pepper - 9/10
10. Cinnamon Stick - 1 small
11. Green Chilli - 3/4
12. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
13.Turmaric Powder - 1 tsp
14. Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp
15. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
16. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
17. Salt to taste
18. Fresh Coriander Leaves - half cup
19. Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
20. Water as per required for Gravy
